started in 1975 as a general photographic business in a midlands market
town covering all aspects of photographic work - weddings, portraits,
commercial and industrial imaging.
- Invited
by National Trust to cover visit of HRH Princess Alexandra to Attingham
Park, Shrewsbury followed by similar events at Style (Cheshire) and
Biddulph Grange (Staffordshire).
- Commanded
by Buckingham Palace to attend at Clive Barracks, Tern Hill, to cover
exclusively the visit of HM The Queen (Colonel in
Chief) to The Queen's Own Lancashire Regiment.
- Steadily
becoming recognised as a portraitist of considerable skill.
- First
exhibition 'Today I Saw A Rainbow' - black and white
pictures of local people.
- 1994
- Started to put together major exhibition 'Brief Encounters',
colour photographs of the rich, famous and interesting personalities.
Opened in Lancaster Gate, London 1994 and subsequently on tour including
Aberdeen, Tunbridge Wells, Newcastle, Crewe, Nantwich and Woburn Abbey,
Bedfordshire.
- 1995
- Initial concept for 'Women In Focus' depicting
the changing role of women in today's society. Opened at The Footstool
Gallery, Westminster, in May 1998. Sunsequently on tour including
Aberdeen, Hawick, Tunbridge Wells, Wednesbury and Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire.
- Retained
by BBC2 to handle publicity photographs for 'Country House'
- three series, each of eight programmes, covering behind the scenes
at Woburn Abbey with the Marquis
& Marchioness
of Tavistock, their family and staff. (Appeared briefly in episode
8, series 2).
- Photographs
used for book jackets, authors photographs, national and local media,
newspapers, magazines etc.
- 2005
elected member of the Royal Photographic Society.
